User agrees when
using the Network:

threatening, abusive, harassing, including defamatory, vulgar, obscene,

1.2B. Not Solicit APN Psychic readers for information to their availability in rendering services outside from APN. APN works around the clock to ensure users receive a quality service by providing users with professionals that are thoroughly screened. Should user desire to locate a reader via private practice please feel free to do so away from APN and APN contractors on duty rendering services for APN. APN is not to be used to locating such private practices. Readers will be terminated upon said divulgence. Clients soliciting information will be permanently banned from future use of APN.
1.2C. Not Engage or otherwise obtain services on the Network through: (1) the illegal use of credit cards /bank cards (2) impersonations of other credit card holders (3) unauthorized use of a telephone. Usage of Fraudulent credit card is subject to a $100 administrative fee and a $25.00 bank fee. For each subsequent fee, FBI officials will be contacted and charges will be pressed.

APN does not serve as a babysitter for your child under 21 using your credit
card with or without consent. That is your job as a cardholder and as a parent.
Credit
card fraud is a felony. APN will aggressively
prosecute users attempting to misuse a credit card number.
Code 10 (credit card fraud
alert ) will be
reported to VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER blocking the card. APN will then take
action to track user and prosecute.
1.3.
Must be twenty one (21) years of age. The law states 18, however, APN reserves
right as ownership to fulfill legal jurisdiction and layer more than required to
fulfill APN TOS.
1.4. Nature of Services. APN offers its Site services for entertainment purposes
only.

Refund Policy -
1.5a Chat Readings - Refunds are granted upon 1 service. If user believes service
was unsatisfactory, user must leave the session immediately within 4 minutes.

User
will have the chance to be credited with Chat time with another practioner.
User must enclose log, demonstrate by quoting from the log (pasted) exactly for
APN to see evidence submitted forward. Should no log accompany detail user's
assertion, no consideration will be given. Hence, Chat readings generate text.
Text may be copied and pasted. Therefore text must be supplied.
"Generic" comments such as "reader wasn't connecting with me" will not be
accepted.
1.5b Telephone
Readings Billing - Hang up
within 4 minutes and inform APN ASAP via telephone (818) 971-7100 or email at
customerservice@absolutelypsychic.com User must supply date, time of
call, reader name/extension if available.
1.5c Telephone Readings Billing/Telephone cut offs- Billing begins from the moment you start
the phone reading until you or the reader disengage. This mean if the call
is disconnected, billing stops. Clients should note that although the best
phone equipment is a traditional corded LAN line. Though clients are
permitted to use cordless phones, digital phones, VOIP, cell phones etc, should
your call drop as a result of your equipment, it is OUTSIDE APN's jurisdiction
and thus you should resolve it with your provider's.) APN will not credit
you as a result of your phone provider dropping a phone call while engaged as
billing immediately stopped the moment that occurred.
1.5d Telephone Readings Billing/Client hang up due to wrong reader chosen: Readers do not have switchboard capabilities. At the same time, client selects reader from list of available readers. Clients may view such list online for free and may hear the list on the phone for free. Should client hang up on reader, credit is not posted.
1.5e APN only assumes responsibilities for APN readers not outside network readers. H
1.5f Email Readings- Must supply the all text and assertions to customerservice@absolutelypsychic.com detailing excerpts from the Email reading and explain assertions to its fullest detail.

Communication for Misbilling.
All matters must be communicated with Customer Service. Regardless of bank
institution suggesting refraining calling Merchant (APN.) User is responsible to
communicate with APN. Should billing discrepancy occur (hardly ever) user
must report to APN asap for resolution. Failure to communicate results may
result in $25 penalty chargeback fee and possible damages and banning from APN
future services.
1.6 Client Chat Entrance Tardiness
On Demand Chat Readings are rendered on first come first served basis.
Nature of On Demand Chat Readings requires understanding users own Personal
Computer, Internet and reading and following directions printed on APN order
page prior to purchasing chat time. This includes
a) Verify Java is installed by using
APN sample chat room prior to purchase
b) Verify anti virus software is not delaying the speed of user text in typing
out in APN sample chat room.
Reader will wait 4 minutes. Should user enter after 4 minutes, user risks
waiting more as reader will not wait more than 4 minutes. Please note:

About running Anti-Virus software
The more programs you have open, the slower your the speed of your PC
whether its connect to the internet or not. Anti-Virus software often slows
the speed of your PC due to the amount of memory it takes from your computer.
In chat, your response speed may become slower as your PC memory is being used.
Verify this in ANY chat room on the web and you will notice a significant change
in speed. Therefore, we suggest but not require you temporarily disable
Anti-Virus Software before entering chat . You will not catch a virus by
temporarily disabling your Anti Virus software as long as you do not download
from strangers while engaged in chat. Please keep this in mind as our chat
works fine especially on dialup. However, your computer needs to co-operate.

Should user discover Java problems
after purchase due to not testing PC in APN free Sample Chat, user will
have a choice between an appointment reading in APN NON Java Chat or an Email
Reading equivalent defined by table 1.7A. No refunds are given due
to neglecting following directions. Electing a Chat reading using a
computer requires knowing how to utilize users personal Computer, verifying Java
installed prior to purchase, minimize antivirus software prior to entering
chatroom (preferably prior to entering purchase page), and not close out redirection process.
Should user lose internet connection, user automatically receives email
generated confirmation with an enclosed hyperlink to re-enter. Though user
retains entire Chat Time, it will not be refunded. Network time is held up in
serving other clients. Readers time is also held up. Technical
support will be provided free of charge. However, lack of cooperation will
result in reading being transferred to an appointment Chat reading or Email
reading equivalent.

1.7 Telephone Readings - All calls are monitored for quality control purposes. Calls are captured to DAT backup to monitor system and professionalism of APN staff. This will be used in the event of fraud charges or disputes.
1.8 Abuse -Customer Service and APN staff will not be abused or harassed. Abuse is defined as profanity, lack of co-operation, false intention in using service. Should staff be harassed refusal of services without refund.
1.9 Client validation - From time to time, security department may request client be telephoned to verify credit card usage. User is to agree to this confirmation
