I.  OUR OVERLY EXTENSIVE SCREENING PROCESS
 All readers are thoroughly tested.  Take a look at our application.
This is only a small portion of our screening process.  If a Psychic reader is contracted on our Network, client feedback is a very important factor for the duration of tenure. 

We have published our statistics in the past.  Our clients can bear witness to having seen on AbsolutelyPsychic:  "July 27,2002:  " 74 Applicants - 43 Tested- 4 selected"  and "September 3   "41 Applicants - 23 Tested  - 2 selected."

II  MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH PSYCHIC NETWORKS
We know about our market well and thank other Online and Telephone Networks .  We avoid their mistakes tor both the client and reader.   Often, clients on many networks are not regarded with quality readers.  Readings go to any reader.  Since these alleged Networks  CEO's are busy with multiple business dealings, they do not understand the first concept about Psychic Phenomena.  In fact, some CEO's are also in the  Adult Entertainment" field.

Clients are falsely deceived to believe that an expert with the highest number ranking is the best. On many networks, telephone calls are routed to anyone with the highest call average.  This is why many readers on many networks burn out.  Their motivation to work for these type of companies diminish.  The company looses quality readers all the time.  

In fact, some Psychic Networks cohort with unscrupulous readers that tell clients bad luck, spells are on them and charge over $10,000!  Worse, many of these CEO's violate a readers privacy because they also work for other companies by imposing threats (Independent Contractor laws allow any I.C. to work for as many companies.) 

Sign up / "Expert" websites
"Expert" websites are only responsible for providing you the technological gateway connection between "expert" and consumer.  Hence, anyone can "sign up" as a reader. 

It is appalling how clients and readers are regarded.  We put an end to it.  Our management is fair, honest and above all wants clients to get the best reading possible from the best caliber of readers .

Actions are louder than words! We have Free Psychic Reading Night/Chat Party.  You are always welcome to witness our live free event. The system automatically logs visitors and chooses at random.  If you are selected you have free 5 minutes.  Otherwise you can watch our master psychics practice their gifts by reading others.  Previous event logs are available for your review. 

 All our readers have REAL  credentials.  They did not become  readers the moment the Internet grew.   Our readers are more than just legitimate readers. They are accurate experienced, accurate, likeable, warm, intelligent, easy to talk with and easy to work with, and have the same philosophy /ethics as management.  Death, health and spells are strictly forbidden.

We will never staff a candidate that has discovered their sudden passion for the Divinatory Arts recently.  After their passion has become professional and they have acquired experience, they will test.  Regardless of skill, credentials, experience, etc.. All readers are tested. We believe that the more experience, the better the reading should be. Our clients hold the same philosophy.  We do not contract inexperienced readers.  We turn away close to 92.7% of all applicants.
